# Official app directory

> A home for official application guides covering business purpose, first use, operating workflows and delivery.

This section will collect product documentation for Xpert's official applications. Each app will have a dedicated product group covering its business purpose, first use, daily operations and results.

The current section provides shared Plugin Apps guides; dedicated manuals for individual official apps have not yet been added to this tab. As manuals are added, this page will link to their product introductions and quickstarts. To see apps available in your environment, open **Discover and add → Apps** in the current organization. Documentation coverage and installed applications are managed separately.

## Start with the shared experience

| What you want to do | Reading entry |
| - | - |
| Understand the problems apps address | [Plugin Apps overview](./index) |
| Try a complete business operation | [Complete your first app task](./quickstart) |
| Configure and enable an organization app | [Discover and enable apps](./app-guide/discovery-and-setup) |
| Inspect and deliver results in the interface | [Workbench and delivery](./app-guide/workbench-and-delivery) |
| Connect business work to shared project tasks | [Projects and task collaboration](./app-guide/projects-and-tasks) |
| Grant access, maintain and upgrade an app | [Access and app maintenance](./app-guide/access-and-updates) |

## What to look for in an app guide

A product introduction explains the intended users, business problem, inputs and outputs. The quickstart walks through a first real task. Operating guides explain stage states, human confirmation points, recovery after failure and how to save and revisit results.

Workflows vary by application. Use the app's own documentation for screenshots, input examples, project types, task states and export options. Steps requiring an administrator are described in its prerequisites.
