# AI overview

> Work with Xpert AI Assistants through Bosi, use plugin apps for business workflows, deliver project tasks and save analysis as live dashboards.

Xpert AI connects models, tools and business data to an Assistant's workflow. Describe your goal in chat, let the Assistant query authorized data or process files, and save reusable results as Artifacts.

## Organize AI work on your desktop

<Card title="Bosi App · Your AI team leader" icon="desktop" href="/en/ai/bosi/index">
  Create your Bosi, add experts and business apps, and advance work through conversations, projects and Workbench with results you can inspect.
</Card>

Use the [Bosi quickstart](/en/ai/bosi/quickstart) for installation, sign-in and initial Assistant setup, then choose a cloud computer or authorized local Shell when needed.

## Use business applications

<Card title="Plugin Apps" icon="grip" href="/en/ai/applications/index">
  Combine specialized Assistants, tools and business Workbench for specific workflows, from app setup to project collaboration and delivery.
</Card>

Start with [Complete your first app task](/en/ai/applications/quickstart). The [Official app directory](/en/ai/applications/catalog) will collect individual product introductions and operating guides.

## Collaborate and deliver through projects

Keep ongoing work in a project with shared members, Assistants, instructions and files. Break goals into tasks, track dependencies, background execution and outputs, then accept the actual results.

<Card title="Projects & Tasks" icon="list-check" href="/en/ai/projects/index">
  Organize Assistant assignments, inspect task trees, Gantt and execution history, and manage acceptance and rework.
</Card>

Start with [Complete your first project task](/en/ai/projects/quickstart), or use [Group collaboration](/en/ai/projects/tasks/group-collaboration) when several Assistants need to work together.

## Turn a business question into a live dashboard

For metrics you need to revisit, ask the Assistant to create a live dashboard. It checks the data and metric definitions before generating a page. Continue editing in chat, filter and refresh in Workbench, then confirm publication for read-only team viewing.

<Card title="Live Dashboard" icon="chart-column" href="/en/ai/live-dashboard/index">
  Generate standard charts or HTML/ECharts pages from natural language. Keep refining one dashboard draft, confirm publication and share formal versions.
</Card>

For example: “Show quarterly net sales by month and region, with the total at the top, a trend on the left, details on the right and a region filter.” Start with [Create your first dashboard](/en/ai/live-dashboard/create) to learn which data and business rules to provide.

## Configure Assistants and the chat experience

An administrator must configure dashboard plugins, source permissions and Assistant tools. See [Data sources, files and refresh](/en/ai/live-dashboard/data-sources) for supported sources and runtimes. For the general lifecycle of files, reports and other saved results, see [Artifacts](/en/ai/agent/artifacts/index).

## Deploy and get started

For a new environment, start with [Community deployment](./community/index). Once an administrator completes [Onboarding](./onboarding/index), users can [start chatting with an Assistant](/en/ai/agent/conversation/conversation).
