A project is a collaboration space for ongoing work. Bring together the relevant Assistants, people, files, instructions and conversations, then break the goal into tasks that can be assigned, tracked and accepted. For example, preparing a competitor report may involve an analyst researching products, a data specialist checking prices and a writer composing the report after both inputs are accepted. The project holds shared resources and rules; tasks record responsibility, dependencies, execution attempts and acceptance decisions. Projects also provide shared collaboration capabilities for plugin apps. An app can use the SDK to associate a project and synchronize its plans, business tasks and execution records. Users track specialized workflows in the shared task view while the app retains its business rules and acceptance process.

Complete your first project task

Create a project, prepare materials, ask an Assistant to plan and execute work, then check the deliverables.

Coordinate work in a group chat

Connect a project, select participating Assistants and dispatch work in dependent batches.

Use projects in plugin apps

Connect application tasks to projects and reuse the task tree, Gantt chart and execution history.

Integrate through the SDK

Understand project associations, business task synchronization, resources and access responsibilities.

What a project contains

Human project membership, connected Assistants and group-chat membership are separate relationships. Joining a chat or enabling Project management on an Assistant does not grant project editing rights.

From a goal to delivery

Creating an ordinary project task saves the plan. Dispatch starts execution, and successful implementation normally moves the task to Review before the responsible Assistant or an authorized user accepts it. Plugin application tasks start and receive acceptance through their owning application’s workflow. A 100% progress indicator, successful tool call or “done” message does not replace the relevant acceptance decision.

Choose an entry point

Cloud and Desktop conversations share the Project tasks view. Full project-workspace instructions in this section use the Cloud entry. Available Assistants, application types, connectors and executors depend on your deployment and access.
