Business domains provide a shared way to manage access to models and metrics. The current workspace and list use business-domain assignments instead of the old project-member or metric-market request flow.

Assign a business domain

  1. In a published model or metric row, click the business-domain or label action.
  2. Select a business domain and save.
  3. Open Access control in the model workspace to confirm domain members, the current account, and certified metric counts.
Members inherit view and use permission for published models and certified metrics in their business domain. Actual actions still depend on workspace roles and enabled features.

Permission reminders

Users need view permission to see a model or metric, edit permission to change it, query permission to run it, and certification permission to change its certification state. If an asset is missing, ask a workspace administrator to check the role and business-domain membership. Knowing a model identifier does not bypass access rules. If publishing asks for a business domain, contact its administrator.
