Overview

Company organization functionality is used to manage enterprise organizational structures, including departments, teams, positions, and other hierarchical structures.

Organizational Structure

Hierarchy

Supports multi-level organizational structures:
  • Company
  • Department
  • Team
  • Position

Organization Types

  • Department: Departments under the enterprise
  • Team: Teams under departments
  • Group: Groups under teams

Management Functions

Creating Organizations

  1. Select parent organization
  2. Click “New Organization”
  3. Fill in organization information
  4. Save organization

Organization Information

  • Organization Name: Display name of the organization
  • Organization Code: Unique identifier of the organization
  • Parent Organization: Parent organization it belongs to
  • Organization Head: Head of the organization
