Bid Studio is Xpert’s application for bid teams working on engineering, goods and service procurement. It supports technical, commercial and combined bids. Describe your goal to its entry Assistant, let specialized Assistants handle sources, outlines, chapters and commercial materials, then track progress, edit content and export files in Workbench View.

Core capabilities

Get started

An administrator first enables the app and grants access, configuring primary, embedding and vision models and required tools. Image generation and document conversion also depend on their corresponding services.
  1. Open the bid Assistant. Open the ready Bid Studio app from Discover and add → Apps in Bosi, upload tender documents and describe your goal. Sources include common PDF, Word and Excel files.
  2. Confirm project settings. Check the project name, engineering/goods/service category, technical/commercial scope, target pages, open or anonymous bid requirements and layout, then confirm project creation. Explicitly select the bidder when using company materials.
  3. Review sources and the outline. Check parsing results in the workbench, verify project facts, scoring requirements and material obligations against originals, then confirm chapter responsibilities and writing approaches.
  4. Write and revise. Specify the chapters or commercial materials to complete. Technical chapters can proceed individually or in parallel when independent. State what to preserve and change when requesting revisions, and inspect independent review results for commercial materials.
  5. Review and export. Check content, company evidence, illustrations and requirement coverage. Open downloaded files to inspect headings, tables, images and pagination. You can export available valid content while viewing warnings about missing chapters.
For a first task, start with an outline and one chapter:
Prepare a technical bid from this tender document. Let me confirm the project settings first, then interpret the sources and plan the outline. Once I confirm the outline, write only the “Construction organization and deployment” chapter and stop for my review.
Replace the chapter name with one from your actual outline. You can also request interpretation or an outline alone and proceed as needed.

Company materials and supporting tools

  • Company assets: Organize qualifications, personnel, project experience, financial records and original evidence by company for reuse across projects. Review imported results and select the bidder before adopting its evidence.
  • Image libraries and Creation Center: Use project images and organization libraries, generate illustrations with configured services, and create schedules, Gantt charts, network diagrams and site illustrations. After saving an asset, check that it has been inserted into the intended content.
  • Bid similarity checks: Independently compare text, images and properties across 2–6 documents, record human review and export a report. Similar passages support inspection; missing extractable text in scanned files does not establish zero duplication.

Collaborate through project tasks

A bid project connects to an Xpert platform project, keeping sources, settings, outlines, content and execution records together. The app synchronizes business stages and chapter work into platform tasks. Teams can use task lists, Gantt charts and status boards to inspect progress, dependencies, assignees and execution attempts, while editing and accepting results through the bid workflow. For switching projects or choosing a project type, see ChatKit’s Project and project type selection. For how apps reuse platform collaboration, see Plugin apps and projects.
A successful export provides the current files. Before submission, verify evidence, required signatures and seals, and actual attachments. Keep separate volumes when required by the tender or anonymous technical bid rules, and check target page counts against the final layout.
